Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Waterbrands will cover the return shipping costs only if the product you receive is defective or different from what you actually ordered.

 

If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and a Return Authorization Number.  Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number will result in forfeiture of credit.

 

All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

No returns are allowed on ePropulsion electric motors.

 

Order Fulfillment

Orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time are typically shipped within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.  Free shipping offers are only available for orders being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.    If you need further clarification on the estimated shipment and delivery times of a product, please call us at 610-431-3810.

 

Shipping

All orders over $99 and less than 200lbs., with regular ground service, qualify for free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.  Orders under $99 and less than 200 lbs., carry a flat rate cost of ground shipping of $9.95.  Our shipping methods include UPS and USPS.

 

Summary of Shipping charges

 

• Free ground shipping for orders over $99 and less than 200 lbs. ($15 for 3rd day, $20 for 2nd day, $25 for next day services)

 

• $9.95 flat rate for shipments under $99 and under 200 lbs. ($15 for 3rd day, $20 for 2nd day, $25 for next day services)

 

• For orders (any dollar size) 200 lbs-300 lbs. = $100 LTL freight fee

 

• For orders (any dollar size) 300 lbs-500 lbs. = $175 LTL freight fee

 

For orders (any dollar size) 500 lbs-1000 lbs. - $225 LTL freight fee

 

Restockable Returns:

Most of our items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items must be in original condition, in original packaging, unused, re-salable, with all documentation intact to be eligible for refund or credit.

 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery date. Refused deliveries are treated as returns.

 

We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product(s), and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Shortages/Defectives:

If your product is received with shortages or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a return authorization. We will provide return instructions and issue a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

 

Damaged Shipment

 

Our products are securely packaged and protected prior to shipment. If damage occurs in transit it is the responsibility of the carrier and is insured by them.  If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier immediately using your tracking # for identification. Damage claims are handled through the carrier. Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection.

 

Claims for missing items or errors in shipment must be reported within 5 days of order receipt to: orders@waterbrands.com.
